I paid $15 total for this and I like it. The pouch has enough room after being packed with the kit for more stuff, extra cleaning tabs, water purification tablets, a small cloth for drying; or all three. The dimensions of the pouch is 4X4". The sponge I haven't put through any real testing because I only use water and never had any mold problems, I assume it would work fine loosening any grime for rinsing, and it drys fairly quick. This with the Omega reservoirs would be very fast cleaning. The hose brush is great but the first time using it required some force which caused a slow leak when the mouth piece is below the reservoir (gravity feed). Every time after, it went easier and the leak hasn't worsened. I own a Camelbak Thermobak 3L(Long Neck). Great kit considering storage and portability.Edit 12/22/2011: In regards to the leaking. Using force to get the wire brush through the valve made it leak (slightly) on two valves so far (the military ones). What I do to avoid this is heat up some water to near boiling and dip the tube with the valve end in it for a few seconds to soften the tube up (remove the rubber bite piece and cap first) and the valve pulls right out. This way you can clean the tube without forcing the brush through it.
