If you have back or shoulder pain, this product is for you! It basically is like a self propelled lawnmower and I don’t have to exert any pressure. I don’t have to bend over either. It is unbelievably amazing how well it takes out hard to remove stains. Highly recommend for disabled peopleI love the product, but I want to know how to get brush replacement!So while I love house gadgets this one really is more hype than help. It doesn't really clean basic regular bathtub scum (like LIGHT scum probably). I don't let my bathroom get filthy dirty but this doesn't do the trick for regular upkeep. Better to use your good old sponge and cleaner.The first time I used it I was pleased the first 1/2 of shower cleaning the the head began to turn on its own in different directions. I could not find a lock to fasten it in place. Charge only lasted long enough to complete one shower. Returning & hope I’ll find something similar but more sturdy, better made and that charge would last a couple of hours.If you have tougher stains and you push too hard it’ll shut off and stop spinning. Not too bad but the angle of the handle doesn’t go straight so you have to hold it weird.i would order a different king for future reference.I was in love with it until I noticed small pieces all over my shower floor!! This will clog up my drains. I used it one time and the bristles are all over the shower floor and thank God for my hair trap because it caught them but this is kind of a mess. I’m going to look for another one that does not fall apartNot easy to handleI rarely leave reviews but since this was so highly recommended by so many videos on social media I gave it a shot and let me tell you as a total waste of money. If you apply any type of pressure needed to clean, the brushes stop spinning so apparently you're just supposed to hold onto the wand and let it spin all over the shower and not really do anything. ?‍♀️. I wish I would have returned it.
